How I Got Here
Priscal Kodos & Her Experience at FVSD’s World Cup of Summer
Aug 2, 2026
At the Courreges Elementary World Cup of Summer, Priscal Kodos embraced every opportunity to learn, collaborate, and grow. Through hands-on business challenges and team-based activities, she discovered the importance of working together toward a common goal. What once seemed like individual work behind the scenes became a lesson in teamwork, communication, and shared responsibility.
Over the course of five weeks, Priscal challenged herself to learn new skills, step outside of her comfort zone, and approach problems with a positive mindset. Supported by her teachers, staff, and the Infinnovate team, she developed greater confidence in her abilities and found encouragement in an environment that celebrated growth and effort. Her experience reflects how leadership, resilience, and confidence can flourish when students are empowered to learn, create, and succeed together.
“ We should all work together”
- Priscal Kodos
INFINNOVATE:What is one thing you learned that you did not know before?
PRISCAL KODOS: I learned that we all had to work as a team to make the orders because when I used to go to stores, I thought they would all have their own orders, and they would all work separately. But now that I [have] experienced it, I feel like we should all work together.
INFINNOVATE:What are you most proud of in the past five weeks?
PRISCAL KODOS: I'm really proud that I got to learn new stuff with Infinovate. It was really fun and also challenging, and I really like that.
INFINNOVATE: How did the program help you to become more confident?
PRISCAL KODOS: [The program helped] by supporting us and not pulling us down like other people do. They're always like positive, and they're always like fair, not unfair like other programs do, and I really like that.
INFINNOVATE: What would you tell a student who joins an INFINNOVATE program in the future?
PRISCAL KODOS: It's really fun, you're in good hands, and you're really gonna like it.
