At the Courreges Elementary World Cup of Summer, Jayden Tran worked with dedication and drive to produce serious results. He showed that leadership can begin and grow under a single idea. Under the guidance of teachers, staff, and the Infinnovate team, Jayden was able to demonstrate leadership, creativity, and the willingness to think differently.

INFINNOVATE: What was your favorite World Cup of Summer experience?
JAYDEN TRAN: I think something very interesting was like about how to get our business starting and like the founder, and like the build-up of a business becoming into like an actual business.
INFINNOVATE: What is the one thing you learned that you did not know before?
JAYDEN TRAN: How important it is to communicate and do teamwork when working [in] a business. I just thought like a business has like a CEO who just demands stuff, but like the CEO has to […] pick the right employees so that the employees can work together and like just not cause any trouble.
INFINNOVATE: What are you most proud of over the past few weeks?
JAYDEN TRAN: The thing i’m most proud of is facing my fears and going in front of the camera a lot. I’m also proud of how I like communicated with my team more, how I work well with other people
INFINNOVATE: How did the program help you become more confident?
JAYDEN TRAN: The program helped me become more confident by, like, how things are set up here and how it's just straightforward, and like I get to communicate with those who I know and like it they just help me and support me.
