Believing Without Limits: Jaden Baek Is Learning What It Takes to Build Something Real

May 28, 2026

Throughout his year in the Parks Jr. High Encore Program, Jaden Baek discovered that success is about much more than making money—it is about planning, teamwork, leadership, and perseverance. Through hands-on business projects and real-world experiences, Jaden gained a new understanding of the skills that help ideas become reality.

From selling products to teachers and community members during Parkchella to learning the fundamentals of financial literacy, Jaden embraced opportunities to step into the role of an entrepreneur. Along the way, he learned that building a successful business requires collaboration, strong leadership, and careful decision-making. These experiences helped him grow from having little knowledge of personal finance to developing a foundation of skills he can continue to build on in the future.

Supported by his teachers, school staff, and the Infinnovate team, Jaden developed a deeper appreciation for the effort behind earning and managing money. His belief that "anything is possible if you put your heart into it" reflects the mindset he carried throughout the program. Jaden’s journey is a reminder that confidence, determination, and a willingness to learn can open the door to limitless possibilities.

“You need to plan it a lot, and you need strong leadership, and you need good teamwork and collaboration to make a good business.”

- Jaden Baek

JADEN BAEK: My favorite part about ENCORE this year was learning all the financial stuff like you have to learn in life, and then like meeting Coach Jimmy, meeting Coach Sophia.

INFINNOVATE: What is something you learned this year that you didn’t expect?

JADEN BAEK: The Money-making part, I guess. Well, actually, I kinda expected that. I learned how you make it, how you save it. You need to plan it a lot, and you need strong leadership, and you need good teamwork and collaboration to make a good business.

INFINNOVATE: How did this program help you grow?

JADEN BAEK: It helped me grow from having no financial skills to having some now, and kinda understanding how it works.

INFINNOVATE:
What was your favorite project or event this past year?

JADEN BAEK: Favorite project? I really liked selling the donuts or the chips to other teachers and stuff. I also liked the Parkchella event, selling to other people.

INFINNOVATE: Did this program make you think differently about business, leadership, money, or your future? And what do you expect for next?

JADEN BAEK:
Oh yeah, it made me think differently about it, like how it's kind of hard to make money.

INFINNOVATE: What does believing in being infinite mean to you

JADEN BAEK: Um, believing in being in infinite means like I can achieve anything if I like put my heart to it, yeah.
